Community Teamwork and Partners are Making Our Community Stronger Together
Exceeding the Power of One
Thanks to our organizational partners that include businesses, banks, credit unions, the public schools, hospitals and health facilities, faith organizations, the media, and more, we have created important programs that have helped thousands of people move to health, vibrancy and self-sufficiency.
Banking & Finance Community
Our banking and financial partners have played a major role in teaching our Financial Literacy and Asset Development programs and workshops and providing support to clients seeking loans to buy a home, access higher education, and even open a small business. They also have played a key role in our Homelessness Prevention work through donations and fundraising.
Health Community
Area hospitals and health care facilities have provided people we serve with affordable health care and entry and mid level jobs. They also work closely with us to ensure clients are referred to additional needed services. Together, we reinforce opportunities for people to become socially, physically and economically healthy.
Faith Community
Our faith community works closely with us to solicit and make donations to our emergency assistance fund, helping homeless and near homeless individuals and families with children secure safe housing, food, clothing and other important essentials.
Education Community
Area universities, colleges, vocational schools and public schools have all partnered with Community Teamwork to deliver education, the key to opening doors to opportunities for people of all ages.
Business Community
Local businesses have been instrumental in providing internships, training and employment opportunities to those we serve. They have also extended generous financial support through sponsorships, foundational grants and support with our fundraisers.
Media Community
We are grateful to our local and regional newspapers, radio stations, broadcast and cable TV public access channels, local blogs and websites for providing a robust and diverse array of outlets for us to communicate the programs and services available to the community.
