The Home Modification Loan Program helps families and individuals modify their homes for improved accessibility to allow family members living in the home who are elderly or disabled to continue living independently.
The Rita O’Brien-Dee Center for Behavioral Health and Development
The Rita O’Brien-Dee Center for Behavioral Health and Development provides children and families at Community Teamwork with developmental and behavioral health services that nurture healthy social-emotional and educational development. Through comprehensive and ongoing assessments, we identify child and family needs, build staff knowledge and capacity, provide classrooms and childcare settings with consultative services and make referrals as indicated for individual and family clinical services.
Family Self Sufficiency (FSS)
FSS is a voluntary HUD program designed to help Housing Choice Voucher families achieve increased economic self-sufficiency over a five-year period. CTI provides one-on-one coaching and assistance with reaching self-sufficiency goals.
